This is not a new hotel, but for the very low price it was shockingly clean. Definitely would stay here again given the low price.

Pretty much everything was ok. However, on Saturday morning we went into the breakfast area to eat before leaving. My wife & I both took a cup of regular coffee. When tasting it, it had a funny taste and that really did not even taste like coffee. (I even went back and got a second cup from a different dispenser). It was the same as the first cup, all of which went into the garbage container. I then tried the scrambled eggs. I am not sure how to explain the bland taste - which I am sure comes from artificial or processed egg product. Needless to say they and the tastless sausage joined the coffee in the dumster. We did each have a bowl of rice crispies with milk as our only food items.
After we ate, we went back to uou room and made a pot of coffee with the room coffee maker. It did taste like real coffee.
We don't travel too much, but this experience will certainly be a fact in picking motels.

We checked in and there was no mention of the hottub being broken, it was ice cold. Our bed had poop on the sheets, the pull out couch had stains on it, the mattress and the sheets. There were big sticky black stains on the carpet. The pool was ice cold as well. When we told the front desk they said they already knew but again they didn't say anything when we checked in.

Keys did not always work had to have them reprogramed 3 time and still had problems getting in to the room

When we checked in the clerk wasn’t that friendly. I asked if they gave AARP or veterans discounts and she said no since we didn’t book with them, she sounded rather upset. The heat in our room didn’t work, she did offer us another room but it was in another building (A) and we were in B. We were able to get an extra blanket.

On the plus side, the room was clean and comfortable the breakfast is plentiful and the front desk staff was friendly.
On the minus side, the walkway between the buildings was not plowed or cleared for walking. No ice melt, nothing.The woman running the breakfast bar was incredibly rude. There are signs throughout the hotel with.QR codes for guests to use to tip the staff. I don't mind tipping... I've worked in the service industry... but tips are earned, period. There's no way I would have even considered tipping this person with her surly attitude.

Got up in the morning and was greeted by a cold shower. I informed the staff of the issue and gpt the ole, "well everyone was probably taking showers at the same time," excuse. The property was not even close to being at capacity. Also, the staff members acted like she could care less about my stay. There are many other properties in Twin Falls, ID. To choose from. Do yourself a favor and stay at a different hotel.
